I came across Arvind Sir while browsing through GMAT club forums. What made him stand out was that he was keen on listening and understanding my story. Also, a lot of the other consultants that I talked to felt a little money-minded with their pricing policies having fixed number of essay revisions and extra costs for any additional revisions or phone calls required (especially near the deadlines), not the case with Dream School Admit.
Throughout the process, Arvind Sir has been a great mentor giving exceptional advice on how to approach essays for each college and then revising them, sometimes reaching 5-6 versions. The results speak for themselves as I got interview invites from 6 of the 7 universities that I applied to.
I was quite nervous when it came to interview preparation but Arvind Sir eased my anxiety and came up with plans on how to prepare for the interviews of each college. We held multiple mock interviews which allowed me to approach the interviews with confidence. I was able to secure admits from 4 schools (all with scholarships), including my dream school – UCLA Anderson (50k Scholarship).
I cannot thank Arvind Sir enough for his contribution and help. If you are looking for someone who will patiently listen to your story, take time to help you draft the best applications and then make sure you are thoroughly prepared for your interviews, I would strongly advise you to go with Arvind Sir.
It comes as no surprise to anyone who has commenced the journey toward pursuing MBA that the entire process is extremely taxing and nerve-racking. The GMAT exam takes so much out of you but the application process is as demanding as the GMAT exam preparation is. It needs one to do self-reflection and in-depth scrutiny of life experiences.
I spoke with many consultants during the application process before finalizing Dream School Admit. But the way Arvind guided and motivated me in our first call was extremely comforting. Unlike some other consultants who would take students only with very high GMAT scores so that their success rate is also high, Arvind evaluates the entire profile and has the ability to put together a compelling application to help students achieve their target schools. As soon as we started working on applications, I realized how insightful all his inputs were. He goes in-depth to understand every aspect of one’s life and the experiences that have shaped a person to have the personality and interests that one has. I was thoroughly impressed with his expertise in weaving together the experiences of a person into a string of minimum words with maximum impact. (And we all know how difficult it is to stay within the word limit!). His eye for detail and in-depth knowledge about various schools really helped me highlight the strengths of my profile bringing out the best application possible.
What stuck with me the most was that he was as thoroughly involved and invested in the process as I was. I was impressed with his work ethic as well as he left no stone unturned to help me achieve my goal. He was always there to help clarify queries (no matter the hour of the day), and he also never shrugged away multiple rounds of iterations if needed. His commitment, dedication, experience, and expertise are the perfect blend that anyone would need in a consultant to navigate through the tough process of MBA applications. His insights and ideas were very critical at every step of this process. His insights on what the top-tier business schools look for in a candidate and his ability to highlight what a candidate has to offer to the school are unparalleled.
He soon became a mentor, a friend, and a guide which helped me ease through the entire process. With his continuous guidance, I got an admit to Tepper business school with a GMAT score of 700.
I am extremely happy and fortunate to have been introduced to the DSA and Arvind who contributed immensely to my success. And I wholeheartedly endorse DSA and encourage prospective students to choose DSA as part of their MBA application journey. I am certain that DSA and Arvind will not let you down!
UT Austin’s McCombs Business School admit – with a scholarship of 50K USD – all thanks to Dream School Admit. Firstly, I would like to thank Arvind for being my biggest cheerleader in the past 6 months. I am so grateful for his support in this apparently intimidating journey of MBA applications.
Like any other prospective candidate about to start their MBA applications, I was super nervous at first. But, since day one Arvind showed the right energy and put all his faith and confidence in me that helped me chase my dream of a top American MBA at a 710, when the GMAT scores for top 20 B-schools had risen.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Arvind – super collaborative and super responsive. He gave me one piece of advice in the very beginning, i.e., to filter out all the noise and make him the go-to person for anything and everything related to B-schools. I followed him, and his advice helped me sail through – I had a less intimidating journey. Additionally, Arvind wouldn’t impose his thoughts, opinions, or decisions, but was always the light at the end of a dark tunnel. He ensured all the application components were summed up beautifully and demonstrated both my personal and professional strengths while keeping my weaknesses in check.
To sum it up, Arvind is somebody you can lean on for the applications as he is both a great consultant and an even greater mentor. I am in awe of his passion for helping candidates – he seems to be in the business of genuinely impacting lives.
Lastly, a big shoutout to the Dream Admit Team for being accommodating with all non-application-related requests – proves right again that the team is there with you, and for you, to help you pursue your dream.
Thank you!
Working with Arvind from Dream School Admit was truly a game-changer for me. Coming from an untraditional background for an MBA, I knew that my application would have to be extra strong in order to stand out. I had spoken with more than 20 other consultants before finding Arvind, but no one was able to understand my story and background as he did.
From the very start, Arvind took the time to truly understand my unique background and experiences. He listened carefully as I shared my story and helped me to identify the key elements that would make my application stand out. He was able to see potential in my background and experiences where others had not.
Arvind helped me to craft an application that highlighted my strengths and showed how my background and experiences made me a perfect fit for an MBA program. He was able to take my untraditional background and turn it into a strength, which was something that no one else had been able to do.
Arvind’s guidance and expertise were invaluable throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer my questions and provide personalized advice. He was extremely responsive to my emails and phone calls and always made me feel like I had someone in my corner who truly cared about my success. His guidance helped me to put my best foot forward and present my unique background in the best possible way.
In the end, I was thrilled to learn that I had been accepted into USC Marshall’s full-time MBA program with a 50% scholarship. I know that this would not have been possible without Arvind’s help. He truly understood my story and background and was able to present it in a way that made me stand out from the rest of the applicants. My GMAT score of 750 was a great foundation but it was Arvind’s guidance and expertise that helped me to make the most of it and showcase my unique strengths.
I would highly recommend Arvind to anyone looking for a consultant who truly understands the importance of a unique background and can help you present it in the best possible way. He is an expert in his field and has a deep understanding of what it takes to be successful in the highly competitive world of MBA admissions. I couldn’t have done it without him and I am so grateful for his help and guidance throughout the entire process.
GMAT – 710
Converted Schools – Kelley (50% Scholarship), Mendoza (80% Scholarship), McDonough (No Scholarship), and Wisconsin (50% Scholarship)
I worked with Arvind from Dream School Admit in 2020-21. I reached out to him after facing a bad experience with an other admissions consulting organization. With an average GMAT score and time running out fast, I had zero hope of achieving my MBA dreams. But, looking back at the journey, I cannot believe the transition and the work that Arvind put in to help me reach my goals. I absolutely have no regrets with my decision.
Arvind is a seasoned professional who understands the MBA admissions environment very well! Right from the first introductory call, MBA goals discussions, essay reviews to interview preparations, Arvind guided me extremely well throughout the journey and was always available to answer my queries. He has the capability to keep everything crisp, simple, and straightforward. According to me, one of the key abilities that an MBA consultant must have is to put him/herself in the shoes of their client and understand the client’s career journey completely. Only then will they be able to help stitch a strong, consistent application, including the resume, essays, and interviews. I can strongly vouch for Arvind on this aspect and I believe that this is his strongest asset or his value differentiator.
If you are reading this testimonial unsure about the right admissions consultant to choose, I would, without any hesitance, ask you to have that first call with Arvind and the rest will fall in place. Don’t even have any second thoughts! Just go for it!
I met Arvind from Dream School Admit in 2019 and instantly felt like I had met an old friend. He is very approachable, fun and simultaneously extremely professional. I could tell from my first conversation with him that he is well versed with the field of higher education.
The most valuable take-away from my association with Arvind is his analysis of my potential. I was quite confused about what I should pursue, and Arvind, having keenly observed my personality, recommended best-suited career paths. Arvind is also very encouraging, which I believe is a vital attribute in an admission consultant, since the entire process can be very daunting. During parts of my application process when I felt demotivated due to certain aspects of my profile, he assured me of my candidacy, and this helped me return with renewed optimism. His wor k on essays is impeccable as well. He possesses the art of transforming one’s drafts into coherent, meaningful and impactful pieces. I was so proud of and confident about the essays that I turned in to the colleges, and still find myself returning to read them from time to time. I have no doubt in my mind that without Arvind’s involvement, I would not have attained the level of success that I have with admissions. With a GRE score of 322, I have currently received admits from HEC Montreal, University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and Washington University’s Olin Business School. Due to the way Arvind presented my profile, I was able to get a $100,000 and a $75,000 Dean’s scholarship from Mendoza and Olin respectively. I was also offered a Forté fellowship in both these colleges. Arvind is always available and makes one feel like they are receiving undivided attention. His work is personal, and he is deeply invested in his clients’ success. He is a mentor for life and an association I hope to maintain well into my career. I highly recommend Dream School Admit.
My GMAT Score is 690 and I’m a Chartered Accountant with 3 years of experience. I signed up for a Free Profile evaluation with Arvind from Dream School Admit after going through reviews of various admission consultants on GMAT Club. What I liked about him from the start was that he was very honest about my chances of getting into different schools and he didn’t recommend schools that would be impossible for me to get into. Another thing that stood out to me about DSA is their pricing policy – a part of the fee is conditional upon getting selected into one of the schools applied to.
A few other admissions consultants that I’d spoken to had suggested that I retake the GMAT which wasn’t possible for me. However, Arvind took the time to understand my situation and he didn’t make me feel inadequate for not having the best GMAT Score. Instead, he worked around the GMAT Score to highlight other parts of my application.
He invested time in helping me really think about the choices that had brought me to this stage, the impact that I’d had so far, and where I wanted to be in the future. His input helped me to understand what AdComs were looking for in their essay prompts. Some of our essay edits reached 6-7 versions, but he was always very patient. Arvind brought in a structure, flow, and brevity to my narrative which helped me to get interview invites from 4 of the 5 schools that I’d applied to.
Something I really appreciate about Arvind is that he cares about his clients. Since a higher number of applicants had applied to B-schools in 2021, the competition was tougher than usual. Although we were confident about my admission into the colleges we were applying to, he advised me to hedge my bets and apply to a few more schools on my own and to leverage the material we had worked on for other schools. Towards this end, he even suggested some safe schools that I could apply to on my own. I was impressed by his concern and willingness to go the extra mile for his clients.
He gave me some great insights on how to structure my responses in the Mock interviews. During the actual interview, I was asked nearly all of the questions we had practiced in the Mock interviews, and as a result, I was very confident while giving responses. This helped me to get into Simon with a 60% scholarship.
All in all, I would definitely recommend Arvind as an admissions consultant because of his work ethic, his focus on results, and his genuine concern for helping his clients achieve their dreams.
If I say that Arvind from Dream School Admit has been an integral part of the journey to my dream business school, it would still be an understatement. He was there with me from Day 1 and played different roles in the process:
Life coach & Career guidance: He helped me figure out what I could be good at based on my experience, past education, skill set and interests.
Preparation: He has provided great material to prepare for GRE and TOEFL(for no extra charge)! It’s great to see someone who’s so genuinely interested in you and want to see you succeed!
College selection and essays: He supported me in shortlisting business schools that would match my profile. He knows what part of our lives and stories would appeal to the adcomms. His attention to detail and knowledge of how adcomms work helped me make the cut.
Motivation: When I received a streak of rejects, my hope to make it to business school was dying! But, Arvind firmly believed and motivated me to keep going. He provided me with few options that I could select in case things don’t turn out as expected. He’s definitely a morale booster!
Interview: When I received an interview call from Simon, we had multiple rounds of mock interviews so that I can be confident on the D-day and answer questions with ease! 🙂
PS: He aims high; he wouldn’t let us settle for something which is just okay!! I applied to Simon in it’s 3rd round and still managed to get an admit with 50% scholarship. Undoubtedly, Arvind is someone who’s extremely passionate about making our dream school admit a reality! 🙂
Thank you, Arvind!!! 🙂
Generally, I do a lot of due diligence before taking any decision but pairing up with Dream School Admit is one of the quickest and best I have made. From the first time I spoke with Arvind he just knew what was needed and what has to
be done. When it is up to the analytical or technical part (writing essays, prepping up for the interviews, mocks, etc), he is very good and I knew it from the very beginning but what makes him very special is the relationship he bonds with his students. He was very encouraging form the beginning and always made sure that my morale never went down. He always felt that I had the right work experience and story and to be honest it was Arvind who instilled confidence in me at every point and got me going. He was more like a friend, who I could ring at any point of time and regarding anything.
I don’t think I would have achieved what I have without the support from Arvind.

In November 2018, I decided to apply for a Masters in Finance program at top schools in the US and Europe. Knowing that I had already missed round 1 deadline, I had to hit the ground running right away in order to meet the round 2 deadline. Though I had appeared for the GMAT and the TOEFL a year earlier, there was still a ton load of work to be done before I hit the ‘Submit your Application’ button. I didn’t have the schools finalized yet. It was then that I decided to take help of a good and experienced consultant. After interacting with over a dozen consultants, I finalized Dream School Admit. Arvind from Dream School Admit understood my requirements and my profile intuitively. His guidance before, during and even post the application process has been invaluable. He helps with the entire application process, from school selection, essay and resume editing to interview preparation. What makes him stand out is that he’s extremely approachable and he genuinely cares about his students. If you’re faced with a crisis, just pick up the phone and give him a call, unlike the other consultants out there with whom you need to make a prior appointment just to say hello.
The application process is extremely taxing, especially if you have tight deadlines to meet. Arvind makes sure that you have the right spirit and attitude to keep on trudging with his continuous support and motivation. Our combined efforts paid off when I got an admit from Simon Business School, where the MSF program is a much sought after one. I was also awarded a 30% merit-based scholarship.
It’s been an amazing experience and Arvind has played a massive role in making my dream come true. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for an MS or an MBA program, especially to someone who has taken a risk to venture off the path most traveled and has experimented with his/her career. There are very few consultants out there who understand the value of risk and experimentation.
