When it comes to the MBA admission process, there are a lot of moving parts that need to come together in order for a successful outcome. It can be overwhelming and stressful for applicants, especially when trying to navigate it all on their own. That’s where professionals like Arvind from DreamAdmit come in – he’s like a tennis coach for MBA applicants. Just as a tennis coach helps a player to hone their skills, strategize their game plan, and ultimately achieve their best performance on the court, Arvind from DreamAdmit helps MBA applicants to identify their
strengths and weaknesses, craft a compelling application, and ultimately gain admission to their dream business school. Arvind’s expertise and guidance throughout the ISB application process were invaluable. He was able to help me to craft a compelling story that highlighted my unique strengths and experiences, and to ensure that my application was tailored to the specific requirements of the ISB program. But beyond just his technical expertise, Arvind’s support and encouragement throughout the process were
truly invaluable. He was always available to answer questions, provide feedback, and offer moral support when I needed it most. It’s clear that he is truly invested in the success of his clients, and is willing to go above and beyond to help them achieve their goals. In the end, I was thrilled to receive an acceptance letter from ISB, and I know that I couldn’t have done it without Arvind’s guidance and support. He truly is the tennis coach of MBA admissions – helping applicants to navigate the complex and competitive world of business school admissions with skill, grace, and a deep
commitment to their success.
MBA admission processes are very tiring and one can easily lose their way if there isn’t a dedicated person who knows the process inside out. I had contacted many consultants for help but no one was as friendly as you were. While many consultants are only approachable by email, only you were the one who used to be always available on calls and texts. The way you handled my apprehensions, my doubts, and my concerns during the whole process was
so inspiring. I still remember your pep talks and I want to give credit to your patience when I made so many changes in my essays. Every time you took less than a day to get back to me with the edits and gave pointers on how to make it better. I also don’t think I would have been that confident in my interview if it wasn’t for your mock interviews. It really
helped make a difference and even the panelists were shocked by my level of confidence. I would like to thank you for all the effort you put into me and the support you gave during the whole process. I know that you keep asking me to punch higher but looking at my final goals to settle in India and work for a top consulting firm, I think ISB would be a right fit for me. I am also entering ISB at a very young age, hence, I would be
able to pivot into my chosen industry very early. I am glad I chose to work with Dream School Admit for my MBA applications. Thank you so much for everything!
I heard about Mr. Arvind (Dream School Admit) through the GMAT-club forum. I surveyed a couple of the available consultancy services and found Dream School Admit to have more student-
oriented approach and also be an affordable choice.
I reached out to Mr. Arvind in the first week of January 2022, during the R3 of ISB admissions. I hardly had 3 weeks to submit my application. Initially, there was a concern that it’s going to be tough to come up with an effective application, especially given that I had a GMAT score of 690 and that I was a
re-applicant, but once Mr.Arvind went through my profile he said that he was confident that we can make
a decent attempt by the deadline ie., Jan 30, 2022. Having gone through my profile, Mr. Arvind first
asked me to detail some of my experiences that can be used for the essay prompts. I shared a few of them with Mr. Arvind and he was quick to identify those experiences that could portray me in the best light. He worked extensively on the drafts for the essay prompts, coming up with multiple versions for each of the drafts. Simultaneously, he had me working on my Resume to bring out appropriate achievements. Coming from a very technical background, he helped me frame my job responsibilities in a way that AdCom can relate to. With his continuous guidance and support, I was able to finish the application well before the deadline. We were confident that I’d be shortlisted for the interview. So I asked him to share some common question prompts for the interview to start my preparations right
away. Once I was shortlisted for the ISB interview, Mr.Arvind shifted gears to help me in my preparations. He appreciated my answers but then also critically pointed out how each nuance can be used to re-iterate my personality and my career goals so that I can present myself in coherence with my application. He conducted a couple of mock interviews before my interview date. He always ensured
that I was motivated and focused in my preparations through constructive feedback. Unfortunately, on
the day of the interview, ISB informed me that my interview was postponed to the next weekend. I grew anxious because of the long wait but he told me to stay calm and composed and take this as an
opportunity to be more prepared for the interview. He graciously conducted another mock before my
interview and was very sure that this time I’d be able to crack it. On D-day, I had a very smooth and
interactive interview with my panelists as Mr.Arvind covered all the bases. I was eventually offered
admission the next week by ISB.
I would strongly recommend the services of Dream School Admit/Mr. Arvind is for anyone who is looking for a consultant who can spend time patiently with his student to understand their story and help them achieve their goals. His approach to the student is very professional and amicable. I was fortunate
to have been acquainted with him.
I had a great experience working with you on my ISB and IIM Applications, the final twist which you add at the end of my application is just mind-blowing at a glance. With your help, I have got calls from every B school to which I have applied and successfully converted ISB PGP and IIM Bangalore with a 5 lac scholarship. The confidence and clarity which you provided when I was a bit nervous about what to choose and what not to were just outstanding! Just summarizing my points, getting a good GMAT score is not enough you need to have great clarity on your SOP and interview part where Arvind is the mastermind. I would suggest every fellow aspirant catch up with Arvind and get your magical words and experience added to it. I will remain in touch with you throughout!
I heard about Arvind first from my much younger brother-in-law. Much apprehensive about my MBA journey, as a candidate with an unconventional profile and on a 3-year long career break, I called him up. He put me instantly at ease, and it felt as if I was talking to someone I’d known for a while. He helped me brainstorm, put together my thoughts, come up with a strategy, and plan and executes my essays to the best of my ability. The first person I messaged upon receiving acceptance from ISB was Arvind. He was always confident in my application to ISB, even when my confidence was shaky. He was encouraging and empathetic and understood the challenges of being a parent to a toddler.
I would highly recommend Arvind & Dreamschool Admit to any candidate contemplating an MBA degree or equivalent from anywhere. He is very good at listening and helping you streamline your essays and put together a professional, precise application. I have nothing but gratitude and best wishes for Dreamschool Admit and Arvind Arun.
When I finally began to prepare for my MBA journey, Dream School Admit came in like a beacon of hope. My first call with Arvind set out the right pathway for me to ace my MBA applications. From the
onset, Arvind has been a high value-added to my profile. Right from consistently motivating me to retake the GMAT to helping me go above and beyond my essay stories, Arvind was an ever-present mentor. Throughout the applications, Arvind helped me cut through the clutter of stories about my professional, and personal life and provided me with a simple framework to craft a story that truly resonated with who I am! Constantly engaging with him on essays and LORs helped me get critical feedback and guidance which helped me sail through my applications. Arvind was also a stern but holistic mentor for my interviews. Above all, he made me believe in myself and told me to be ambitious with my goals. This has gone a long way! I was able to get admitted to 4 prestigious schools (ISB, UVA Darden, Michigan Ross, UNC Kenan-Flagler) – a feat I would’ve never imagined when I first took a profile evaluation call with DSA and Arvind. Now as I venture onto my MBA journey at ISB, Arvind still guides me on aspects of life at B-Schools. I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor! I would highly recommend Arvind to anyone looking to get
expert guidance on their MBA applications.
After I completed my GMAT test, the next logical step was the application process. The entire journey that lay ahead seemed daunting and I realised I would need assistance with the roller coaster ride that was the MBA application.
I always felt I had my back against the wall even before I began the process. My GMAT test score of 680, although competitive, was low compared to the application pool I fell in. To maximise my chances, I decided to seek help. After going through multiple consultants, I came across Arvind and the DreamSchoolAdmit.
Arvind’s friendliness, enthusiasm and readiness to make a difference were a stark contrast to other consultants out there. He volunteered to do a preliminary assessment of my profile and immediately got my confidence up. He explained how the GMAT score was only a part of the profile evaluation, and that projecting my strengths would be play a big role in getting an admit from a top B school.
Working with Arvind was amazing. In him you found a mentor and a friend – one who was as dedicated to your apps as you were. Brainstorming and coming up with strong stories for the essays, was only one part of the experience of working with Arvind. He played a big role in keeping energy levels high and confidence up.
I recently got an admit into ISB with a GMAT score of 680. People said it couldn’t be done, but Arvind disagreed. We wrote, read and rewrote essays until they were just perfect. We bounced multiple ideas off each other till we got the perfect story. It never felt like you were on this journey alone – Arvind was available every step of the way.
When i started my MBA journey about a year back, i was very confused about opting for any consultation services primarily because of the exorbitant fees and the mixed reviews from prospective candidates. But in the midst of this chaos, I started my search online to drown away the noise and build a perspective of mine own. During this journey, i came across a plethora of consultancy firms and consultants, all promising results and admissions beyond your wildest imaginations. The catch however, the whooping consultation fees and the uncertainty associated with the admissions which can swing either ways.
Here is when i came across Arvind and Dream School Admit. I was instantly drawn to the unique business model of DSA, wherein it was a 50-50 payment model and you would pay the full amount only on confirmed admission. Of course while the fees is an important parameter to evaluate your options, it definitely is not the only parameter. Hence, i scheduled the free consultation session with Arvind, just like i had with several other firms. These consultations ranged from too complimentary to not believing in me at all, but none of them actually gave me the time to explain why the process of self finding is important except for Arvind. I had a phone call with Arvind and he genuinely cared about my path and the pragmatic steps i needed to take to achieve my goals. This impressed me and i decided to go ahead and work with him for my MBA admissions.
During our subsequent calls, Arvind not only helped me to prepare for the arduous journey of admissions, but also was keenly involved in finalising the schools fit for my profile and my GMAT score. We worked together and Arvind was a beacon of light for me every time i strayed into the unknown dark wilderness of the application process. All the resources Arvind gave me really directed me into forming a very strong narrative, which in retrospect i could not have done it without him guiding me through it. He was incredibly detail oriented, patient and kind throughout the whole process. What’s more is that he was a friend, a confidante and a valuable resource whom i could rely upon at anytime during the process. He was just as excited as me about submitting my applications and prepared me well for the interviews by conducting timely mocks and boosting me up during every debrief.
Thanks to his efforts, I now have an admit from IIM-A (PGPX) and IIM-B (EPGP). Hence, for those looking for guidance on whether you should engage in consulting, I strongly recommend to consider Arvind and DSA.
I had a great experience working with Arvind on my ISB application. Throughout the process he was patient in understanding the nuances of my profile, its strengths and weaknesses, and suggested a strategy even before I subscribed to the service. He helped me craft my story, guided me on how to highlight certain key points and helped me give the overall profile a logical structure and flow. He was upfront about what would not work and along the way made me understand how to build a strong profile.
There are a number of things that stand out with Arvind. His response is quick and he spends an adequate amount of time with the candidate. He helped me immensely during my interview preparation also. He gave his honest feedback on my mock interviews and helped me structure my answers. I would highly recommend Arvind to anyone who wants to get into their dream business school.
Making a transition from the world of olive greens seemed a Herculean challenge. I was not sure of which colleges to target, which courses would suit my interests the most and what should be my target GMAT score.
Serendipitously I reached Arvind for guidance on the same. Arvind helped me on various aspects of the transition. It was after speaking to him that I could articulate the role I am seeking after my studies.
Arvind understood my armed forces experience and my post career goals very well. After I achieved the target score, Arvind worked tediously helping me write my essays. Always approachable, Arvind helped me express my original ideas and bring out my thoughts and experiences. He taught me the art to express my story in both verbal and written form.
Arvind mentored me very well during my interview preparation. He gave me certain commonly asked questions and again helped in answering them in my original way. He assisted me in formulating answers that were comprehensive yet not boring and monotonous.
I am very thankful to Arvind who helped me in receiving admits in 2 IIMs. Wish he helps all others in getting similar success.
Arvind has been an incredible coach and a huge value-addition in my journey to an MBA admit from the Indian School of Business. I discovered Arvind and Dream School admit through excellent recommendations from trusted online MBA communities and was fairly confident of Arvind’s expertise going in. I was however pleasantly surprised by how much he managed to exceed expectations – every step of the way.
Arvind’s ability to cut through the red tape and connect with me at a deep, personal level right from our first phone conversation was hugely defining. He was a massive pillar of support during my pre-GMAT days, helping me stay focused and aligned to the larger goal of securing an admit. The personal connect meant that he was able to provide critical feedback and effective guidance in all the low moments during GMAT Prep. His call on my exam day at 7 am in the morning to wish me luck spoke volumes of the extent to which he is personally invested in the success of all his students.
Post GMAT, the application process seemed daunting and Arvind’s prowess as a consultant really shone through. His shortlisting of schools was not pre-meditated and rather driven through a comprehensive, bottom up process that helped me rediscover my own motivations for the MBA. Arvind is also hugely skilled at crafting and refining the personal brand of an MBA candidate – he was able to effectively convey and storyboard my 6+ years of work experience through a richly consultative process via essay drafts that highlighted unique facets and strengths of my candidacy. With deadlines around the corner, we were able to close essay drafts in under 2 weeks – something which would not have been possible without his stewardship. Through this entire process, the fact that he was just a phone call or a text away was also a huge positive.
Arvind has been a consummate professional, consultant and a mentor in every way – the MBA application journey is often a lonely experience and Arvind’s invaluable partnership made this rollercoaster ride much enjoyable, efficient and most importantly successful.
During my entire search prior to coming in contact with Arvind, all the consultants that I came across were more focused on negatives and weaknesses in my profile rather the inherent strengths and other positives and how to make myself worthy of colleges by working on my weaknesses, which often led to my being disappointed and demotivated by the whole process and losing confidence in myself.
When Arvind came along, he focused on positives of my profile while also making me aware of my weaknesses in such a way that I was able to make best use of both these aspects and make me start believe in the body of work I had done so far in my professional career . This according to me is an appreciable quality since you need a person who infuses you with confidence during stressful application process when you trying to juggle your equally stressful personal and professional commitments.
During the entire counseling process Arvind was very upfront and practical about the colleges that I should target based on my profile and strengths and thus saving precious time and money on impractical pursuits and was always ready to give me a polite reality check if I wavered but only after hearing my side of the story first.
I really appreciate the fact he was always prompt, polite and readily available at the drop of a hat for any advice I needed or for getting essays and other aspects of the application checked, while maintaining professionalism through out. I never felt lack of his guidance and presence during the entire process and believe me when I say this because he made it a point to be there for me even when there were pressing personal obligations at his end to attend to.
His counsel on the choice of colleges that I should target and the way to approach them made it possible for me to get an admit from IIM-B, IIM-C and ISB Hyderabad, which were the only three colleges that I had applied to i.e. 100% conversion rate.
I would recommend Arvind to anyone looing for good MBA admissions consultant since he does total justice to this role.
